Sr Analyst, Fund Accounting

Your role will involve demonstrating strong subject matter expertise in NT business and operations knowledge, including secondary review & controls, risks & mitigation. Additionally, you will showcase excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to troubleshoot technical & non-technical issues, conduct knowledge share sessions, and work effectively with global teams. Your major duties and key responsibilities will include: - Understanding the theoretical and technical nature of fund accounting and administration - Performing quality assurance checks on internal information received from supporting functions - Collaborating with home locations to resolve queries - Creating, maintaining, and updating procedures for funds - Complying with controls and procedures outlined in the manual and company policies - Reviewing and signing off on NAV files of team members - Working with Team Leader and Section Managers for on-boarding new transitions - Identifying efficiencies and areas for improvement to reduce risk and enhance efficiency - Utilizing available technology efficiently - Reporting operational issues to the manager and flagging service delivery issues promptly - Reviewing daily controls, suggesting procedural changes, and providing training to new team members You should have 2-4 years of experience and be comfortable working in the EMEA/APAC shift.
