Sr. AEM Developer

As an experienced Sr. AEM Developer at ESK Technologies in Chennai, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing AEM solutions, along with mentoring junior developers and ensuring the delivery of robust and high-performing AEM-based solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and customize AEM solutions including templates, components, workflows, and integrations. - Understand AEM architecture, Sling models, OSGi bundles, content modeling, and deployment models. - Extend AEM functionality using AEM APIs, OSGi services, and other extension points. - Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, share best practices, and support continuous learning within the team. - Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development to build responsive interfaces within AEM. - Leverage strong Java skills to develop AEM applications using Java-based frameworks. - Integrate AEM with external systems such as CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and RESTful APIs. - Manage access controls and permissions using AEM schemas and metadata ACLs. **Qualification Required:** - 7+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - Strong proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java-based frameworks. - Understanding of AEM architecture, Sling models, OSGi, and deployment strategies. - Experience integrating AEM with third-party APIs, CRM systems, and marketing platforms. - Leadership experience including mentoring and guiding junior developers. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.,
