As a Sr Advanced Software Architect here at Honeywell, you will play a criticalrole in designing and developing advanced software architecture for Airportsairside portfolio. You will utilize your expertise in C, C++, and RoboticOperating system and sensor fusion concepts to create innovative solutions forlidar, camera, and embedded applications. In this role, you will collaboratewith cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure thesuccessful implementation of software architecture. You will report directly toEngineering Leader -Airports portfolio and youll work out of our Bangalorelocation on a Hybrid work schedule. Inthis role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our AirportAirside projects. You will be responsible for leading the design anddevelopment of software architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, andperformance. Your expertise in sensor fusion and embedded applications willcontribute to the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that enhance safety, performance,and productivity for our airports customers. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop advanced softwarearchitecture for airports airside projects Utilize C, C++, and ROS and sensor fusion concepts to create innovativesolutions for lidar, camera, and embedded applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software architectureand ensure successful implementation bringing coding principles andarchitecture principles Lead the design and development of software architecture, ensuringscalability, reliability, and performance YOUMUST HAVE Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering,or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in software architecture and development Expertise in C, C++, and ROS , sensor fusion, software stacks Strong understanding of lidar, camera, and embedded applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills WEVALUE Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relatedfield Experience in building automation, airport products or related industry Knowledge of architecture design and optimization Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time operating systems Passion for innovation and continuous learning
