Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and implement process improvements. Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Maintain and enhance financial accounting systems and software, ensuring data integrity and efficiency. Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance. Ensure compliance with finance and accounts policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance. Desired Profile: Bachelors/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a diversified enterprise. Strong proficiency in finance and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, etc.). Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations (IFRS/GAAP). Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the integrity of financial information. Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
