SR ACCOUNTANT

As an Accountant at a Paper Industry located in Chawari Bazaar, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the financial operations of the company. You will be required to manage indirect taxation, including Goods & Service Tax (GST) and TDS liabilities. In addition, you will be responsible for handling direct taxation by filing Income Tax Returns (ITR-6) through Compu Tax Software, preparing schedules for Tax Audits, and creating Stock reconciliation statements for Tax Audits. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a preference for CPA certification. You should have at least 4 years of progressive accounting experience and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software. Experience in TDS calculations and filings is also essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be key to succeeding in this position.
