As the Senior Platform DevOps and Security on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, deployment, and security of cloud-based infrastructure supporting AI-driven healthcare solutions and AI agents. This role requires someone who can ensure efficient, compliant, and secure software delivery within the highly regulated healthcare environment. Platform Strategy and Roadmap Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the platform, ensuring alignment with healthcare industry standards and business goals. Foster innovation while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of AI-driven healthcare solutions. DevOps Practices Implement and maintain automated DevOps processes, tools, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment. Optimize DevOps workflows to ensure high availability and compliance with healthcare security standards. Security & Compliance Design, implement, and enforce healthcare-grade security policies and procedures to protect sensitive patient data (e.g., PHI under HIPAA). Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 Type II, and NIST-CSF security frameworks. Develop and enforce zero-trust security principles across all platform components. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Cloud Expertise Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, or equivalent tools. Skills and Experience: Technical Expertise Cloud Computing: Demonstrated and extensive experience with GCP. Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, Cloud Datastore, Cloud Pub/Sub, etc. Database : MongoDB or PostgresQL DevOps: Strong knowledge of automated CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes),and automation tools like GitHub, Jenkins, CircleCI, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes. Security: Expertise in cloud security, threat modeling, IAM, and zero-trust architectures. Security Scanner, Cloud Security Command Center, Cloud Armor, Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Deployment Manager. This role will focus on designing, refining, and testing highly effective prompts that enhance the accuracy, relevance, and safety of AI-generated responses while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities: Prompt Engineering & Optimization Design and develop advanced prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM-generated responses for healthcare applications.
