You will be responsible for providing production support for Oracle Finance Cloud modules, specifically the Oracle Finance Lease management module. This includes opening service tickets with Oracle and assisting the business team with any production issues. You will collaborate with Oracle on patch releases and testing for the ERP Cloud modules. Additionally, you will educate business teams on new features and provide application demos in a sandbox environment. Your role will involve working closely with business teams to identify their needs and objectives, translating these requirements into functional specifications, and designing solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud modules. You should have the ability to work independently and take ownership from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery with quality, and demonstrating good analysis and problem management skills. Troubleshooting and resolving production issues will also be a key part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have an engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud modules. Experience in working with Finance modules, particularly Lease management, is considered a plus. You should also have 5 years of experience with BI Publisher and SQL tools, as well as experience in working with Oracle support for ERP cloud modules. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for this position.
