The Data Migration Analyst position is based 2-3 days out of our WeWork office in Bangalore. As a Data Migration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leading data analysis and migration activities within the customer Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include independently solving data-related issues, seeking assistance when necessary, rectifying queries on legacy data, and creating a clean database for seamless upload to the customer Salesforce org. You are expected to be well-versed in the Salesforce ecosystem, proficient in building reports and trackers, and capable of manipulating and updating data as required. Your skill set should encompass hands-on experience in Salesforce data loading activities, a strong understanding of Salesforce reports and dashboards, familiarity with Salesforce sandbox environments, and the ability to prepare big data files using various tools to establish relationships between SFDC objects and fields. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of character encoding, SQL for common SELECT statements, CRM Analytics applications, and data integration setup. It would be advantageous to have expertise in Visual Studio Code, SQL RegEx for string manipulation, data cleansing tools, Python, Pandas Library, R, AI, and data prediction techniques. Within the first 60 days of joining, you will undergo training on the SiteTraker Application, gain insight into ongoing projects and data migration activities, collaborate with different teams to address migration challenges, and establish best practices for data loading processes. By the end of 180 days, you will take ownership of data migration/manipulation processes, facilitate the formation of a data COE team in Bangalore, and oversee all migration activities within SiteTracker. By the end of your first year, you will have expanded the Data COE Team, actively contributed to projects, and collaborated effectively with other team members. The role involves navigating projects seamlessly and contributing to the company's continued success.
