As a key member of Hitachi Digital, you will play a vital role in supporting the Hire-to-Retire process by collaborating closely with business and functional stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and Fast Formulas to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will design and generate reports using XML Publisher, Oracle Reports 6i/10g, and create interactive dashboards to provide valuable insights. Your expertise will be utilized to customize Oracle workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder and leverage standard APIs and interfaces for data processing and third-party integration. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing customizations and reports will be essential aspects of your role.
