Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Validate data migration from Oracle 12c to Oracle 19c/21c or higher. Experience with Flexcube Core Banking System migration. Validate migration completeness, accuracy, and data integrity. Write complex T-SQL queries for reconciliation and validation tasks. Develop or review SSIS packages for data extraction or comparison logic Develop ETL packages in SSIS for staging and reconciliation. Conduct detailed data profiling and quality checks using MS SQL Server. Document discrepancies and generate audit reports. Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on with Oracle databases (12c through 21c). Knowledge of Flexcube data structures and migration behaviour. Advanced proficiency in T-SQL and SQL Server. Practical experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) Prior experience with data migration, data reconciliation or ETL Validation. Good to Have: Familiarity with data migration tools, frameworks, or scripting (Python/PowerShell) Exposure to data governance, audit compliance, or migration KPIs. Understanding of banking data domains (e.g., Loans, GL, Retail, Treasury) Preferred candidate profile
