SQL Lead Developer/SME

You will be responsible for developing MS-SQL queries and procedures, creating custom reports, and modifying ERP user forms to enhance organizational productivity. Your role will involve designing databases and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance. As a SQL Developer, you will be expected to develop high-quality database solutions, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL, and review ongoing business report requirements. You will need to research required data, build reporting deliverables, analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements, and suggest new queries. Additionally, you will develop procedures and scripts for data migration and provide timely management reporting. To qualify for this role, you should have X years of experience as a SQL Developer or in a similar role, possess an excellent understanding of T-SQL programming, and hold a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. You must also have a strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, good knowledge of HTML and JavaScript, experience with Transparent Data Encryption (TDE), SQL Server Reporting Services, and SQL Server Analysis Services. Furthermore, familiarity with NoSQL/NewSQL databases and a sense of ownership and pride in your performance will be valuable assets in this position. As a critical thinker with problem-solving skills, you should be a team player with good time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Your ability to ensure data quality and manage Master and Reference Data will contribute significantly to the success of the company.,
