Roles & Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: Design and develop complex T-SQL queries , stored procedures , triggers, functions, and views. Build and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards for internal and client-facing needs. Optimize SQL queries for high performance and ensure database reliability and integrity . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform regular data validation , data profiling , and troubleshooting to maintain high data quality. Secondary Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend or equivalent tools for efficient data integration. Contribute to data warehousing and data modeling efforts to support reporting and analytics. Participate in code reviews , best practice enforcement, and documentation. Work with DevOps/Infrastructure teams to manage and monitor SQL Server environments . Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives across BI and data functions. Primary Skills (Must-Have): SQL Server Development (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions) SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) Power BI (Report and Dashboard Development) Strong understanding of Relational Databases and SQL Query Optimization Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have): Talend or other ETL Tools Data Warehousing & Data Modeling Knowledge of Agile development processes Version Control (Git, TFS, etc.) Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS optional) Preferred Candidate Profile: Immediate joiners or candidates with less than 15 days notice period preferred. Willing to relocate or work from Vijayawada location (on-site/hybrid as per company policy). Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in SQL and BI development.
