Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cognos and Informatica applications, databases, servers, and integrations. Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and implementation. Implement and enforce best practices for Cognos and Informatica administration, security, and performance tuning. Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Cognos and Informatica environments. Coordinate with vendors for product support, patches, upgrades, and license management. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Cognos and Informatica technologies. Document technical processes, procedures, and configurations. Nice-to-Have Skills: Development Skills: Familiarity with Cognos Report Studio, Framework Manager, Informatica PowerCenter, and other development tools to assist in troubleshooting and providing guidance to developers and users. Databricks Experience: Practiced in designing and building dashboards in Power BI or Power BI Administration experience Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Experience: Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) environments. Proven knowledge as a Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Administrator Databricks Experience: Knowledge with Databricks, and a strong understanding of its architecture, capabilities, and best practices. Key Skills: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Cognos and Informatica Administrator or similar role.
