Job Purpose : You will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of data warehousing solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and driving insights for informed decision-making. Additionally, you will partner with stakeholders to align BW solutions with business needs and provide ongoing system support and optimization to achieve larger organizational objectives. Roles & Responsibilities : Data Warehousing and Modelling : Drive design and develop data warehousing solutions using SAP BW (Business Warehouse). Lead the creation and optimization of data models, data flows, and ETL processes. Ensure data structures are efficient and support business reporting needs. Reporting and Analytics : Review and develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using SAP BW and related technologies. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data in all reports and analytics. Independently interpret and translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting. Data Governance and Quality Assurance : Drive the implementation and enforcement of data governance policies and procedures. Conduct data quality assessments and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Lead the development and documentation of BW processes and data models. System Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support for SAP BW applications, resolving escalations and handling user requests. Perform system upgrades and enhancements to ensure optimal performance. Lead the monitoring of system performance and implement optimization techniques. Research and Development : Stay updated with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Continuously explore and implement process improvements for optimization and enhanced efficiency. Education & Work Experience : A technical or university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field. 6-10 years of experience as an SAP BW Consultant. Expert experience with SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) and AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures). Experience with data integration scenarios with SAP S/4, SAP CRM, SAP ECC, and SQL databases. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Analysis for Office. Experience with SQL Script and JavaScript. Knowledge of SAP Data Architecture and SAP Best Practices. Good-to-have knowledge of SAP DI, Power BI, UI5, etc. Additional Qualities : You are a pragmatic, proactive, dynamic, and independent team player. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for project execution and collaboration across teams. Partner with consultants and business stakeholders to develop and refine hypotheses. Utilize Celonis process mining software to perform data analysis and build models. Rapidly develop and iterate on analytics models, incorporating feedback and refining outcomes with the data analytics team. Assess and understand client data and technology environments. Build, automate, and clean data models, maintaining data quality through rigorous standards. Establish quality benchmarks for data accuracy and create relevant quality checklists. Manage the deployment of final solutions and establish plans for ongoing support. Promote process intelligence to business stakeholders and foster strong business connections. Required Qualifications: 8-12 years of experience in analytics, including data analysis, visualization, and close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Celonis Platform for process mining and intelligence. Strong data handling skills, including insight extraction, benchmarking, and a solid understanding of process intelligence. Proven ability to create and deliver Celonis dashboards. Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik. Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with data exploration tools and SQL databases. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and SAP backend tables. Proficiency in SQL and Python. Strong financial and business acumen.
