As a Salesforce Team Lead, you will be joining our technology team with a focus on large-scale implementations and fostering team collaboration and innovation. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a real impact and have a continuous learning mindset. Your main responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices are followed, and providing technical guidance. You will drive the design, development, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, particularly focusing on Energy and Utilities Cloud or similar industry implementations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will manage backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environment, facilitate stakeholder discussions and technical workshops, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, especially within energy and utilities contexts. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Salesforce APIs is essential, with mandatory experience in OmniStudio and EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog). Your experience in leading and mentoring development teams, working in the energy and utilities industry, and managing multiple projects will be highly valuable. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a desire to stay updated with evolving Salesforce technologies are crucial for success. Desirable certifications include Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. Specialized skills in requirements management, Agile estimation, Salesforce CRM solution design, utilities domain knowledge, impact mapping, SQL awareness, technical specification writing, and customer presentation will be advantageous.
