Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for various HR functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and administering benefits programs. Daily tasks include handling employee relations, overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role requires collaboration with different departments to maintain a productive and positive work environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
