Apply the QRQC/SRM Rules to opened incident. Confirm the robustness of the containment by looking for recurrence after containment has been set Ensure the 100% yearly conformity of the purchased components. Purpose of the job: To guarantee stability and reliability of the suppliers quality management system, vendor production process and parts for the company. Responsibilities and Activities ================== NPD & project development: Set up APQP for new project validation and new supplier development according to procedure; Push the supplier to respect the schedule of each step and assure of good result; Update the APQP timely when a milestone is reached; Work with supplier to set up control plan for mass production and Incoming Quality control.
