SQA & Industrial Manager

As an Industrialization Lead at Safran, you will be responsible for project managing all industrialization projects, overseeing various stages from supply chain to new product industrializations. Your role will involve creating project plans, defining timelines, and leading risk assessments to address potential project and process risks using SAFRAN tools and PFMEA methodology. Collaboration with manufacturing engineering, quality, and production teams will be essential to resolve issues related to change processes, configuration management, process prove out, and validation. Additionally, your responsibilities will include validating manufacturing processes proposed by suppliers, extracting and providing Dossier Validation Industrialization (FAI/DVI) files, and reviewing/approving gates in the FAI/PPAP process. You will represent the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) on industrialization teams to ensure timely completion of milestones, verify suppliers" qualifications, and conduct Quality Performance reviews during industrializations. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in cross-functional project management, change management, and have a good command of written and oral English. Strong intercultural relationship management, communication, listening skills, and a pragmatic approach are essential qualities. A high level of rigor, analytical thinking, and synthesis, along with the ability to persuade and effectively communicate with senior management both internally and externally, will be crucial for success in this position. Some travel, up to 30%, may be required as part of your role.
