We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for professionals who excel in lead generation, deal hunting, and closing sales, particularly within the U.S. market. The role requires occasional travel to the United States for deal closures and client meetings. Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (In-office) Company: Spryte Labs Shift: US Shift between 7pm to 4am IST Responsibilities Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential U.S. enterprise clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Deal Hunting & Closure: Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and successful deal closures. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and stay updated on industry trends. U.S. Travel for Deal Finalization: Willingness to travel to the United States at later stages for deal finalization depending on client needs and project scalability. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems, providing regular reports to senior management. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and meet client requirements. Requirements Must Have: Candidate needs to have an existing network of U.S. clients and must be confident to close deals for Spryte using their current connections within the first 3 to 6 months. Experience : 5+ to 15 years in the U.S. IT services enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing more than $800k in business in the last 12 months. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to close deals effectively, with a unique approach to sales and a hunter mentality. Client Network : Possess US Based key clients in your Rolodex Role Preference: Open to an individual contributor role focused on sales lead hunting and closing deals in the U.S. market. Industry Background: Experience with IT service-based roles, having worked with firms such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, IBM, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, or Mindtree. Travel: Ability and willingness to travel internationally, particularly to the U.S., for client engagements and deal closures. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and proficiency in CRM software. Adaptability: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
