We are expanding our operations and looking for a highly responsible, street-smart, and proactive field executive to handle daily logistics and drive corporate partnerships. Location: Gachibowli / Hitech City, Hyderabad (On-Ground Role) Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistics & Operations: Coordinate daily food pickups from vendors and ensure timely delivery via Porter or Swiggy Genie. Inspect food quality and temperature before dispatch. Ensure clean and accurate packing at vendor kitchens. Resolve any last-mile delivery issues, including customer complaints or spillage. Maintain a delivery and issue log daily. 2. Field Sales & Marketing: Visit nearby offices (050 employees) in apartments or coworking spaces and promote Lunchitt. Distribute leaflets, collect leads, and explain the product to potential customers. Collect pre-orders and share with internal ops team. Follow up with offices to convert them into regular customers or Lunchitt Champs”. 3. Customer Support & Order Management: Monitor WhatsApp messages and coordinate with the internal team.
