About the role: Paytm is looking for a dynamic and resuts-driven Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our innovative team. You wi have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge, Gen AI-powered audio and video cal soutions, whie paying a key roe in shaping our teco product suite, incuding IVR, outbound diaers, SIP, and network ayer integration. Key Responsibiities: Candidate to own the compete product strategy and manage the product ife cyce, thereby creating the roadmap to enhance customer experience & overa revenue reaization. Lead the team to coaborate with Cient & Business to define scope, product strategy and create user stories to impement and execute product aunch working with designers & deveopers in an agie setup. Lead the panning and execution of projects from concept to aunch. Define project scope, goas, and deiverabes in coaboration with stakehoders. Deveop detaied project pans, timeines, and resource aocation. Coordinate interna resources and third parties/vendors. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues. Ensure compiance with reguatory and security standards. Manage stakehoder communications and expectations. Impement Agie/Scrum or hybrid project management methodoogies. Faciitate daiy standups, sprint panning, retrospectives, and demos. Conduct post-project evauations and impement essons earned. Quaifications 2-3 years of product management experience, ideay within the teecom sector. Proven experience working with Fintech-reated products. Passion for new technoogies and famiiarity with communication soutions ike IVR, Outbound diaer, SIP, Network ayer integration etc. Strong probem-soving skis and the abiity to manage mutipe priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceent communication skis and the abiity to work with both technical and non-technica stakehoders.
