We are currently seeking Servicenow Developers/Consultants who possess practical experience in the development and deployment of Servicenow solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating knowledge and experience in working with various Servicenow modules such as ITSM, TSOM, FSM, CMDB, Inventory, ITOM, TSM, OMT, TNI, and more. - Proficiency in handling Products & Service Catalog, Client Scripts, Service Side scripting, Business Rules, and other scripting capabilities within ServiceNow. - Configuring, customizing, and implementing the ServiceNow system, as well as ensuring seamless integration through workflow processes. - Integrating external systems with ServiceNow by leveraging integration solutions like ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, and KAFKA. - Possessing a deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model and structures, and advocating for coding standards. - Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), as well as proficiency in using tools like JIRA & Confluence. This position is open across all Infosys Development Centers, and we are looking for individuals with 3 to 10 years of experience in the field.,
