DESIGNATION: Manager/Sr. Manager OPERATIONS (SFS) Location: Musarane,(On Wada-Thane Road) Company Bus facility available from Thane, Kalyan, Dombivali, Badlapur, Virar. Canteen facility available EXPECTATIONS: Minimum 10 experience, out of which 5 years of proven track record in Fasteners Manufacturing 1.Independent handling of Operations in mid to large size Fasteners Manufacturing Company. 2.Need to have exposure to productivity improvement, cost reduction projects through concepts like Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Quality Circle, etc. 3.Knowledge about budgeting for Operations, is added advantage. 4.Knowledge about trouble shooting of Thread QUALIFICATION: BE(Mech.) preferably with an MBA (Operations) from reputed institutes. Technical: 1.Knowledge of latest trends in operations management 2.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing 3.Exposure to latest spring technology machines 4.Automation & Cost Reduction Projects. Managerial: Interpersonal skills. Communication and motivation. Organisation and delegation. Forward planning and strategic thinking. Problem solving and decision-making. Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. Ability to provide technical as well as operational guidance. Lead the Team in Overcoming Bottle-necks and Trouble-shooting.
