As the Principal Software Engineer - Java at Kanerika's Hyderabad office, you will lead teams of varying sizes, design and deliver high-quality, scalable Java applications, collaborate across architecture and cross-functional teams, ensure best practices and quality-first development, and mentor individuals fostering a culture of continuous learning. Key Skills & Responsibilities: - Technical Expertise in Java ecosystem, RESTful Web Services, Microservices, various databases, real-time messaging systems, CI/CD tools, and cloud & containerization technologies. - Leadership & Methodology experience in Agile methodologies, architecture planning, full lifecycle implementation, mentoring, and technical guidance.
