Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Chennai. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the waste management site, coordinate with workers and other stakeholders, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and monitor the processing and segregation of waste materials. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, conducting quality checks, and managing the workforce effectively to meet operational targets. Qualifications Proven experience in site supervision, management, or a similar role Strong organizational and leadership skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations and waste management processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and manage a diverse workforce Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and responsibilities Fluency in local language(s) is mandatory Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or related fields is a plus
