The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance-based marketing campaigns to drive measurable growth in leads, sales, and other key business metrics. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in digital advertising platforms, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Responsibilities - Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including SEM, display, social media, and affiliate marketing. - Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and display advertising to achieve targeted ROI and performance goals. - Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions. - Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience. - Monitor budget allocation, track expenses, and ensure campaigns are executed within budget while maximizing performance. - Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to track campaign performance and generate regular reports for stakeholders. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve performance marketing efforts. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience (3-5 years) in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a strong track record of driving successful campaigns. - Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.). - Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
