Spray Gun Operator

Job Summary: We are looking for a Spray Gun Operator / Figurine Painter who has an eye for detail and a passion for precision work. The person will be responsible for painting figurines, miniatures, and collectible bobbleheads using spray guns, airbrushes, and hand-painting tools as per defined color references and specifications. The role requires patience, focus, and a commitment to maintaining high aesthetic and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate spray guns, airbrushes, and related tools to paint figurines, miniatures, and model parts as per approved color references and designs. Mix and prepare paints accurately according to SOPs and color charts. Follow masking, shading, and layering techniques to achieve realistic and consistent finishes. Carefully inspect each piece for paint quality, finish smoothness, and color accuracy. Maintain a clean and dust-free painting area to ensure perfect surface finishes. Handle delicate parts with care during painting and drying stages. Follow all SOPs, quality guidelines, and work instructions shared by the design and production teams. Coordinate with supervisors and QC inspectors to maintain consistency across batches. Ensure timely completion of painting tasks without compromising quality. Requirements: Prior experience in spray painting, airbrushing, or model painting (preferred). Familiarity with color matching, paint mixing, and finishing techniques. Excellent attention to detail and ability to notice minute variations in color, texture, and finish. Patience and steady hands for fine detailing and delicate work. Willingness to follow established painting workflows and SOPs. Basic understanding of safety practices while handling paints, thinners, and tools. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a production environment. Personal Attributes: Passion for precision and creativity in finishing work.
