Job title: Officer/Section Leader - Business Development Location: Vizag/Vijayawada Terms: Full Time About the Role: To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans and company objectives. Responsibilities: Conducting client and market surveys to gather information on potential business leads and opportunities across target industries and regions. Generating leads through a range of channels, including site visits, cold calling, B2B marketing activities, engagement with industrial magazines and directories, and by initiating contact via introductory emails and sharing technical product/equipment details. Reviewing incoming customer enquiries, deeply understanding their technical and commercial needs, and coordinating with the head office to prepare customized techno-commercial proposals. Leading negotiations and driving closure of orders, ensuring alignment with company payment terms, and managing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle. Preparing and maintaining accurate sales analysis and performance reports for the assigned geographic zone or business segment. Supporting senior management in the development of strategies and initiatives aimed at achieving broader business goals and organizational objectives. Candidate requirements: Qualification- B. Tech - Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Experience- 4 yrs and above Candidate should have good knowledge about Water recycling, ZLD, ETP, Evaporator. Must be fluent in Telugu, English Good IQ, EQ, Aptitude & Management skills. Excellence in Microsoft Office. Ready to travel frequently inside/outside city as per company needs.
