Develop and implement an IEC strategy for Municipal Solid Waste Management in Chennai. Work with stakeholders such as bulk waste generators, corporates, hotels, hospitals, malls, commercial establishments, colleges, schools and others to increase awareness and understanding of the importance of waste management and recycling Develop and distribute educational materials such as posters, flyers, brochures and presentations to Increase awareness of the issue Organize and lead community engagement campaigns to increase participation and understanding of waste management and recycling Conduct training sessions for staff and stakeholders on proper waste management and recycling practices Work with local NGO's and influencers to promote waste management and recycling Participate in public events to educate and raise awareness about waste management and recycling practices Take up cleaning campaigns to promote the importance of waste management and recycling Collaborate with relevant government agencies and departments to promote waste management an recycling practices Monitor and evaluate the impact of IEC activities and provide regular reports to management Keep up to date with the latest developments in waste management and recycling practices and incorporate these into the IEC strategy as appropriate.
