We are looking for a skilled SAP BW/BI Developer on HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and optimizing data models, reports, and data flows within the SAP BW/BI landscape, specifically on HANA. This role will require close collaboration with functional and technical teams to ensure high-performance data processing and reporting solutions for business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and enhance BW/BI solutions on SAP HANA using BW 7.5 or above. Work with BW 3.x and 7.x data flows, ensuring the efficient management of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Create and modify WHM (HANA-based Modeling) objects such as SPOs (HANA-optimized objects), Composite Providers, ADSO (Advanced Data Store Objects), and others. Develop and optimize routines in transformations to improve data processing efficiency. Create and enhance generic data sources and improve standard data sources to fit business requirements. Design, configure, and monitor process chains to ensure smooth data loading processes and timely reporting. Work with HANA-based BW objects for advanced modeling techniques, focusing on performance optimization for data loads and reporting. Utilize BW modeling tools to design efficient and optimized data models and reporting layers. Implement and manage BEx (Business Explorer) tools and BO (BusinessObjects) tools for reporting and analysis. Leverage Eclipse-based Query Designer for the creation and modification of BW queries and reports. Utilize ABAP Development Tools for Eclipse (ADT) for more efficient ABAP development related to BW/BI solutions. Implement new HANA exit variables via AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedure) to enhance reporting capabilities. Leverage Core Data Services (CDS) for modern data modeling approaches in the HANA environment. Perform data model optimization and implement strategies to improve performance in both data loads and reports. Mandatory Skills: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW/BI on HANA development. In-depth knowledge of BW 3.x and 7.x data flows, including data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Strong expertise in the creation and modification of WHM objects such as SPOs, Composite Providers, and ADSO. Experience in creating and enhancing generic data sources and optimizing standard data sources. Proficiency in designing, developing, and monitoring process chains for efficient data load and reporting workflows. Hands-on experience with the latest HANA-based BW objects and modeling techniques. Expertise in BW modeling tools and BEx tools for reporting and analysis. Strong experience with BO (BusinessObjects) tools for reporting, including Web Intelligence and Crystal Reports. Experience using Eclipse-based Query Designer for report and query development. Familiarity with ABAP Development Tools for Eclipse (ADT) for efficient ABAP development. Experience in creating and managing HANA exit variables via AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedure). Knowledge of Core Data Services (CDS) for modern data modeling on HANA. Good ABAP skills to support BW/BI developments and optimization tasks. Ability to debug and optimize data load processes, identify performance bottlenecks, and improve overall system efficiency. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 for modern user interfaces. Experience with SAP HANA Studio for modelling and development. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with BW/BI on HANA. Exposure to Agile project management methodologies. Experience in data governance and data security for SAP BW/BI systems. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SAP BW/BI on HANA development with hands-on experience in data modelling, reporting, and performance optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in working with functional teams to deliver technical solutions.

This role requires a versatile Compliance professional with expertise in Pensions and attention to detail. The primary responsibility of this function is to support and oversee service delivery to ensure the business remains compliant with its regulatory and contractual obligations. You will play a vital role in managing Compliance matters, providing guidance to business leaders, and fostering a positive work environment. Your expertise in Compliance will enable you to drive meaningful change and support the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Ensure changes to compliance policies are documented, communicated, and implemented effectively. Coordinate and minute governance committees, ensuring high-quality documentation and effective follow-up on decisions. Advise on proposed Operational SOP pre-implementation and suggest amendments and/or enhanced controls where needed Deliver regulatory and compliance training Ensure aware of all regulatory changes that may affect the business, analyze as to effect and possible changes in Operations and ensure disseminated to Management as early as possible Assist in overseeing Conflict of Interest disclosures and ensure effective conflict management processes and recordkeeping are in place. Assist in implementing any changes to SOPs required (and necessary training provided) Assist with engaging Regulator's when business plans or regulatory permissions change. Assist in managing processes related to the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). Advise the business on regulatory interpretation as required on a day-to-day basis Ensure all required routine training are available/delivered as transition phase commences and ongoing for onboarding employees or as annual mandatory training Ensure effective management of breaches and complaints. Liaise with Offshore colleagues in same function Qualifications Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree Experience 6-8 years of Compliance experience, ideally within a small compliance department handling a range of responsibilities or a specific Central Compliance role covering relevant areas. Candidate skills Previous experience handling mixed responsibilities or a specific central compliance role covering relevant areas. Experience in coordinating and minuting governance committees, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up actions. Previous experience of advising on Policies and SOPs covering both Pensions and Retail Investments. Expert regulatory knowledge in Pensions and then how regulation applies across relevant business activities and oversight of such Ability to work independently, manage workloads under pressure, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Efficient and well organized. Excellent grasp of written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly in a credible and assertive manner. High levels of discretion, tact, and resilience when handling sensitive Compliance matters. Professional demeanor with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Must be a skilled communicator and able to deal with a wide variety of internal stakeholders.
