The candidate will be responsible for representing the company in meetings Pan-India with internal & external stakeholders, franchise owners, Clients and sponsors. This role demands professionalism, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced sports environment. A passion for sports, attention to detail, and interpersonal excellence are essential. Fluency in Oriya or Bengali will be a strong plus. Experience: 2–4 years | Education: Graduate in Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks. Assist various departments (sales, logistics, customer support, marketing) with documentation, coordination, and follow-ups. Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic customer queries efficiently. Maintain records of invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, and other office files systematically. Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and suppliers for regular office and operational needs. Support order processing, packaging coordination, and dispatch activities as required. Monitor stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Assist management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and basic data entry tasks. Ensure office premises remain organized, clean, and visitor-ready at all times. Handle any other routine administrative duties assigned from time to time.
