Role Overview:

Euro International School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Female Sports Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop an interest in physical fitness, health, and team sports while fostering discipline, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle. She will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging PE lessons, coaching school teams, and organizing sporting events and competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular Physical Education classes for students across various age groups.
• Design and implement age-appropriate fitness programs and sports activities.
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and leadership through structured physical activities.
• Identify students' talents and provide special coaching for participation in inter-school and state-level competitions.
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during all physical activities.
• Organize sports days, inter-house competitions, and annual athletic meets.
• Maintain sports equipment and ensure proper use and care.
• Collaborate with other teachers and school management to integrate health and wellness education into the curriculum.
• Keep records of student participation, attendance, and performance.
• Encourage inclusive participation, ensuring all students, regardless of ability, are involved in physical activity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed).
• Minimum of 1–3 years of teaching or coaching experience in a school environment.
• Strong command of sports rules, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to motivate and engage students in various physical activities.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
• Certification in first aid or CPR is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualities:

• Passion for working with children and adolescents.
• Strong organizational and event-management skills.
• Experience in training students for competitive sports (track and field, volleyball, basketball, etc.).
• Ability to maintain discipline and foster a respectful sporting environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
