Curriculum Development and Instruction:

• Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and physical education standards.
• Teaching a variety of sports and physical activities, tailoring instruction to different age groups and skill levels.
• Using various teaching methods, including demonstrations, drills, games, and activities, to engage students.
• Providing clear and concise instructions, demonstrating techniques, and offering constructive feedback to students.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Monitoring and assessing student progress in physical fitness, sports skills, and overall performance.
• Using various assessment methods, including practical exams, tests, and observations, to evaluate student learning.
• Providing feedback to students on their performance and offering suggestions for improvement.
• Maintaining accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Organization and Supervision:

• Organizing and supervising sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of students during physical activities, providing appropriate equipment, and enforcing safety rules.
• Planning and preparing for field trips, travel to competitions, and other sports-related events.

Promoting a Positive Learning Environment:

• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among students, educating them about the benefits of regular exercise and nutrition.
• Fostering a sense of community and belonging among students, encouraging them to support each other and work together towards common goals.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborating with other teachers and staff to integrate physical education into the school's curriculum and activities.
• Communicating regularly with parents about their child's progress and performance in PE and sports.
• Attending staff meetings, professional development workshops, and conferences to stay up-to-date on best practices in physical education and sports coaching.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
