Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: § Manage exporters data across internal databases, CRM tools, or Excel sheets. § Verify and update existing data for accuracy and completeness. § Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data. § Assist in generating reports or summaries from data as needed. Content Writing: § Write, edit, and proofread clear and engaging content for newsletters, websites, brochures, press releases, etc. § Prepare agendas and minutes for internal meetings § Research industry-relevant topics and convert them into appealing content. § Ensure all written content aligns with the brand voice and communication strategy. § Coordinate with internal teams to gather content requirements. Social Media Management: § Plan and schedule posts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc. § Develop creative captions, hashtags, and visual content briefs. § Monitor engagement metrics, respond to comments/messages, and grow follower base. § Stay updated on current trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media. § Designing of Marketing Collaterals for social media engagements would be an additional advantage for the applied role. Required Skills & Qualifications: § Bachelor’s degree/Masters Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field (preferred). § Proven experience in content writing, data entry, and/or social media handling. § Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. § Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. § Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic graphic tools (like Canva or Adobe Spark). § Knowledge of social media analytics tools would be an additional advantage for the applied role. Preferred Qualities: § Creative thinking and an eye for design. § Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively. § A team player with a proactive attitude. § Familiarity with SEO basics and digital marketing trends.
