Sports Coach

You will be joining Player and Athlete Support Services (P.A.S.S.) at Sutton Tennis Academy in Bengaluru, where our primary goal is to offer ethical and consumer-focused support services to athletes, players, coaches, and parents. Our approach is backed by contemporary research to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients. As a Sports Coach in this full-time on-site role, your responsibilities will include conducting physical education sessions, coaching athletes, providing sports coaching, and overseeing sports training activities on a daily basis. To excel in this position, you should possess expertise in Physical Education and Sports Training, along with a proven track record in coaching and sports coaching. Effective communication skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of sports training methodologies. Holding certifications in relevant coaching programs is a requirement, and prior experience in working with athletes and sports teams will be beneficial. Your ability to analyze performance data and offer constructive feedback will be crucial to the role. Moreover, familiarity with injury prevention techniques and sports nutrition will be valuable assets in ensuring the overall well-being and success of the athletes under your guidance.,
