Position: Manager – Sales Department: Luxury Cart Showroom Reporting To: GM – Sales Location: Gurugram - Alameda Chowk, Southern Peripheral Road Darbaripur Sector 75A Gurugram Haryana 122004 Experience: 4–10 Years Role Overview The Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring a premium customer experience at our luxury cart showroom. The ideal candidate must combine strong sales acumen, process orientation, and deep automobile knowledge, particularly in the luxury segment. Key Roles & Responsibilities Sales & Customer Management Achieve the sales targets assigned by management. Manage the entire sales lifecycle once Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) are received. Meet every potential client and pursue every opportunity to close deals. Ensure minimum turnaround time (TAT) in contacting leads and update CRM promptly. Conduct customer visits and travel (within and outside the city) when required. Take clients for test drives after approval from GM – Sales. Conduct daily sales meetings with GM – Sales and track weekly/monthly performance. Identify lost opportunities and analyze reasons for drop-offs, taking corrective actions where required. Sales Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate deal stages and data in CRM for visibility and tracking. Participate in weekly review calls with GM – Sales to develop strategies for improved performance. Present monthly reviews to GM – Sales and ZSM, including performance analysis and future targets. Conduct PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) for each car and ensure gate pass approval from GM – Sales. Value-Added Sales Promote and sell value-added services (e.g., extended warranty, service packages). Coordinate with the loans executive to ensure smooth loan documentation and maximum disbursals. Oversee insurance renewals and transfer documentation in coordination with the insurance/documentation executive. Administrative Responsibilities Ensure all showroom vehicles are presented as per luxury sales standards. Verify that test drive forms are completed before any vehicle goes out for a customer test drive. CRM Coordination Share feedback on lead quality with the CRM team. Implement process improvements to maximize lead conversion. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduation/Post-Graduation from a reputed institution Experience: Minimum 4 years overall, including 1–2 years in Luxury / Pre-Owned Car Sales (India or Abroad) Expertise: Proven ability to work under high sales pressure and deliver targets Process Orientation: Strong inclination towards structured processes and SOPs CRM Skills: Proficient in at least one CRM platform Automobile Knowledge: Strong passion for luxury cars Knowledge of car specifications, market pricing, and rate structures Customer Orientation & Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills Always customer-first approach Professional grooming and conduct Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Runo, and G-Suite
