Key Responsibilities Making sure the venue is ready before the first whistle blows Coordinating with coaches and keeping sessions on time Welcoming parents, kids, and members so they feel at home Handling last-minute chaos (it happens!) with a cool head Nudging members to sign up and grow the community when they’re having fun If you enjoy being hands-on, love a bit of hustle, and can balance warmth with discipline, this role will feel like second nature.
