We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spoken English and IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and be capable of preparing learners for the IELTS exam while also improving their spoken English skills for academic, professional, or personal growth. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct engaging and interactive classes for Spoken English preparation. · Assess students' language proficiency and identify areas for improvement. · Train students in all four IELTS modules – Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. · Conduct mock tests, provide feedback, and guide students to improve their band scores. · Enhance students’ spoken English fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence. · Track student progress and maintain training records. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
