• Enhance students' spoken English fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and overall confidence through structured activities, real-life simulations, and corrective feedback. • Prepare customized lesson plans and training materials tailored to students’ needs, Train students in all four IELTS modules – Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. • Maintain detailed training records and attendance, track individual student progress, and offer regular progress updates and constructive feedback to support learning outcomes. • Administer regular mock tests, assess performance, provide detailed feedback, and implement strategies to help students enhance their band scores. • Evaluate students’ English language skills to identify strengths and areas for improvement through initial assessments and ongoing monitoring.
