Job Description:

Gratis Learning is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic ESL Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective English language instruction to non-native speakers, helping them gain fluency and confidence for academic, professional, and personal growth.

Male candidates are preferred for this position due to role-specific responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging English lessons covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• Plan and execute daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives
• Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and levels
• Evaluate students’ progress and provide regular feedback
• Maintain accurate student performance and attendance records
• Foster a positive and motivating classroom environment
• Stay updated with modern ESL teaching techniques and resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field
• Prior experience in ESL training or English language instruction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Confident, presentable, and able to manage classroom dynamics
• Comfortable with both offline and online teaching methods
• Male candidates preferred
• Willingness to work 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
