About the Role:

We’re looking for a Spoken English & Digital Skills Trainer who is passionate about empowering youth through communication and digital literacy. As part of the Lighthouse Communities Foundation, you will help students enhance their employability, confidence, and job readiness through engaging, practical training sessions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct English and Digital Skills training sessions for new students at the Lighthouse.
• Deliver interactive and engaging classes focused on improving students’ communication and job-readiness skills.
• Administer timely assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Provide individualized feedback, guidance, and mentorship to students.
• Report regularly to the Master Trainer on training progress and outcomes.
• Contribute ideas to enhance training content and teaching methodologies.
• Prepare and share periodic training reports.
• Collaborate and support fellow team members when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in teaching or training (preferably in English communication and IT).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and manage a class of 25–30 students effectively.
• Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about working with youth from diverse backgrounds.
• Committed to youth empowerment and city transformation.
• A role model who can foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
