Spoken English Cum Digital Empowerment Trainer

As a Trainer at the assigned lighthouse, you will be responsible for conducting English skill & digital empowerment training for new students. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering classroom content to enhance students" job readiness following the schedule and methodology. - Preparing sessions according to training guidelines and applicable material. - Ensuring student attendance, active participation, and timely assessments. - Maintaining progress reports, handling the internal MIS system (Encore), and providing individual feedback to students. - Reporting training progress to the Master Trainer and contributing ideas for teaching improvement. - Assisting in students mobilization in nearby communities and supporting infrastructure maintenance. - Achieving monthly targets efficiently and maintaining a pool of alumni for regular events and assessments. - Sharing training reports as needed and supporting team members when required. The Lighthouse is a center dedicated to skilling and livelihood programs for urban disadvantaged youth. It aims to empower youth with workplace competencies, skills, and agency for social and economic transformation within their communities. Through the Lighthouse intervention, individuals from low-income or slum areas can make informed life decisions, acquire employability skills, and realize their full potential.,
