Greetings from BUZZWORKS Business Services Pvt Ltd We are hiring for our client a leading Chemical Manufacturing company (MNC) Position: Campus Recruitment Qualification: MBA (Full Time) Experience: - 7 to 12 years Location: Chennai Work Type: Permanent (On Roll) Roles And Responsibilities: Drive campus recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including full-time and internship requirements. Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated campuses, maintaining strong relationships with placement officers and faculty. Organize and manage online assessments (Pre-interview screening). Travel to campuses during the recruitment season to represent the organization and ensure the smooth execution of drives. Manage feedback and offer rollout processes Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the interview process and panel alignment for events. Take accountability of the newly hired employees. Required skills & Experience: Looking for candidates with 7 12 years of experience Good communication skills Open to travel PAN India locations. Hindi speaking is mandatory Good in handling stakeholders/business heads Good in man management and understanding the hiring process.
