Position: Power Platform Developer Experience: 10+Years Location: PAN India Notice Period: Immediate To 30 Days Duration: Contract to Hire MUST have Skills 1. Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate), Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SharePoint. 2. Proven track record as an Architect or a similar role in technology solution design and implementation. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business challenges. 4. Migration experience (SPO to SPO) 5. PowerShell 6. Good understanding of SharePoint and its limitations 7. Adaptability to changing requirements and ad-hoc requests 8. Good Time management skills 9. Good communication skills 10. Experience with ShareGate 11. Experience using Migration Factory for large migrations SHOULD have skills 1. Solution Architecture: Design and develop robust solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate), ensuring integration with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SharePoint SPFx. 2. Business Process Automation: Use Power Automate to create automated workflows that optimize business processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance productivity. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage Power BI for advanced data analysis and create interactive reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. 4. Custom Development: Build custom solutions with Power Pages and integrate them with Dynamics 365 and SharePoint for a seamless user experience. 5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts. Ensure the team stays up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. 6. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. 7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their ability to utilize the implemented solutions effectively. 8. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate existing systems and processes, recommending improvements and innovative approaches.
