Ensure the highest possible uptime for our Kubernetes based developer productivity platforms. Partner with development teams to recommend best practices for application uptime and recommend best practices for cloud native infrastructure architecture. Collaborate in infra & application architecture discussions decision making that is part of continually improving and expanding these platforms. Automate everything. Focus on creating tools that make your life easy and benefit the entire org and business. Evaluate and support onboarding of 3rd party SaaS applications or work with teams to integrate new tools and services into existing apps. Create documentation, runbooks, disaster recovery plans and processes. Collaborate with application development teams to perform RCA. Implement and manage threat detection protocols, processes and systems. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and ensure timely remediation of flagged incidents.
