Operate instrumental techniques such as Vibratory Shifter, Splitters, Disc Mill/Ball Mill, and Representative Sampling. Monitor performance calibration of weighing balances and sampling equipment, while maintaining accurate records. Plan and follow preventive maintenance schedules for equipment. Achieve or exceed departmental objectives and goals. Troubleshoot sampling issues as per departmental requirements. Coordinate with Stores and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth entry/exit of material. Conduct sampling training sessions for new staff. Act as Quality Manager to ensure compliance with ISO standards. Maintain data records and manage clearance in software processing systems. Key Authorities Planning, management, and control of sampling activities. Implementation and oversight of sampling procedures. Execution of Corner Quadrant and Weight Reduction Sampling techniques. We are searching for skilled and hardworking IBS Engineers (L1) to be a part of our team for in-building solutions (IBS) projects at various airports across India. The position entails hands-on technical responsibilities such as cable pulling, equipment installation, and testing. You should be at ease with working at elevated heights and be able to transport materials and tools to ensure the efficient execution of IBS installations. Your main duties will include pulling RF cables and fiber for IBS installations, moving materials and tools to the work site, installing and testing splitters, couplers, antennas, and other IBS components, conducting connectorization and ensuring proper cable termination, performing VSWR testing, labeling, and equipment installation, as well as drilling and securing installations for cables, antennas, and IBS equipment. You will also be required to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding for installation tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IBS/DAS installation, possess the ability to work at heights and handle physical tasks, and have a basic understanding of RF cables, fiber, and telecom infrastructure. A willingness to work at airports and adhere to safety protocols is necessary. Preferred qualifications for this role include an ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications and experience in telecom infrastructure projects, which would be advantageous.
