You will be responsible for planning and executing paid marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and conversions on our website through Google Ads and other advertising networks. Your key tasks will include conducting keyword research, optimizing campaigns for maximum performance, researching and analyzing competitors" ads and bid rates, and optimizing ad copy and landing pages for improved conversion rates. Additionally, you will be required to implement A/B testing to continuously enhance ROI, identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance, and measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns against set goals. You will also own and drive key marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS. It will be essential for you to stay updated with industry trends and developments in search engine marketing, digital marketing, and consumer behavior. Your insights and recommendations will be crucial in driving improvements in our marketing strategies. This position requires a total experience of 2-4 years and is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Key skills for this role include PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CTR, Remarketing, CPM, split testing, Adwords, Remarketing Campaigns, Ppc Campaigns, CPC, and Ppc Marketing. The educational qualifications required are a graduate degree for UG and a postgraduate degree for PG. The salary offered ranges from 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 P.A. In terms of technical expertise, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience and be proficient in managing paid campaigns, dealing with rapid changes in ad networks, strong in analytics, and have experience in running ads on various platforms like Facebook, shopping ads, and Google ads.,
