Job Title: Salon Manager Location: Morya Grand, Off New Link Road, Veera Desai Industrial Estate, Andheri West, Mumbai Company: Splang Atelier Private Limited Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹42,000 per month (Fixed ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives up to ₹2,000) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead and oversee daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining salon standards, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning. Manage and motivate the salon team, including stylists, beauticians, and support staff. Ensure high-quality customer service and handle escalations effectively. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment is maintained. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue through service promotions and upselling. Train and develop team members on service standards and new techniques. Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards within the salon. Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on performance. Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business.
