Job Description: – HR&Admin (Georai Plant). · Primarily job responsibility would be formalizing and monitoring Plant day-to-day work and maintaining discipline, rules & regulations at all Plant level. · Ensure & supervise entire plant premises daily cleaning & maintenance. Ensure cleaning of Somthana farm as per schedule. Kindly ensure & check all washrooms are daily cleaned by house-keeping staff as per schedule. · For CCTV cameras, Face Attendance machines, WI-fi related problems or installation, coordinate with IT Department. · Visiting and observing Somthana and Kadegaon farm, check labour and staff working, justify labour deployment against requirement and demand. · Looking after Purchase for various department from local & Jalna market: taking quotation, getting approval and procuring the materials as per company guidelines. · Looking after canteen purchase: grocery items, local bhaji-pala, milk and other items related to canteen operation as per company guidelines. · Looking after entire operation of Important Meetings, Training, Sales meet or any large gathering of managers, staff or farmers/dealers/distributors, from fooding to vehicle arrangements for movement of staff in direct coordination with HR head/team at HO. · Grooming & motivating junior staff of departments like drivers & HK boys etc. · Monitor & ensure all employees are coming office wearing proper company uniform, ID card & helmet (employees who comes on 2 wheelers, wearing helmet is mandatory). · Taking round of entire premises in the morning, checking labour entries, deployment and working. · Daily checking and verification of labour attendance register and cross verify with accounts department for the payments. · Coordinating with concern departments for all staff meetings and events of the company. Following and implementing company management guideline for the same. · Monthly visit of Chikhli and Mehkar Plant, ensuring all services are up to date and working. · Employee: (Attendance) o To monitor and ensuring daily punch-in in face attendance machines for every staff and labour, keep the record of employee attendance, Inn & Out record on daily basis. o For plant staff they will NOT leave plant after office hours. In emergency situation they need to inform & take approval from HOD and HR department before going outside the plant premises after office hours, especially in the evening/night time. Security should be strict in this regard and DO NOT let anyone go out from the plant premises after office hours without permission of the concern HOD or HR. o Educate & encourage staff to help and participate in keeping the premises clean by not littering the premises. · Company Decorum: In company premises or outside o An Individual must be presentable whenever on duty, should wear company uniform and ID card. o Labour’s should be well behaved and should not involve in any other activities other than work. o Use of mobile should be limited for everyone. · Security: o Ensure & monitor security guards are in proper official uniform with shoes (on-roll guard and agency guard) o Ensuring, security guards having regular round of entire premises including surrounding farm lands. o Daily checking all the entry register under security room, cross check the entire entries are proper & updated like material in-ward / out-ward register, labour entry register, correspondence from HO register, Canteen register matching with kitchen register etc. and cross verify from accounts department for payment purpose. o Monitoring of change-off / leaves for security guards. o Security will ensure vehicle movement and speed limit within the premises of company vehicles as well as outsider vehicles (trucks, visitor vehicles etc.) · Canteen: o Monitor & ensure proper canteen operation are in place. o Implementation of canteen management system and ensuring every employees are following canteen rule-n-regulations. o Checking kitchen utensils & inventory are safe & in hygienic conditions. o Checking of kitchen expenses fortnightly / monthly. o Check & verify daily entries of food consume by employees are done in kitchen register and matches with security register. · Office-boy and Drivers & Vehicles: o Ensuring all office boys & drivers are performing their duty properly & as per company guidelines. o Maintaining discipline at all levels and NOT be seen here & there inside premises. o Ensuring drivers are properly maintaining & cleaning company vehicles (from inside & outside) on regular basis (twice a week) and as & when required. o Keep & maintain the proper logbooks, record of Vehicles (Servicing & maintenance, Insurance, fuels, toll tax cards recharging etc.) · Hamal: o To check, monitor & maintain daily Hamal work, deployment & discipline, verify daily entries before processing payments. o To keep watch and maintain Plant Garden and initiate the necessary process for the maintenance of the same. o To keep watch, maintain any new construction (labor’s, inventories and attend problems with solutions) at Plant. o Monitor and maintain the record for timely maintenance & servicing of company vehicle. o Co-ordinating with all department & department head’s for betterment of services at all plant level. i.e. Georai plant, Somthana & Kadegaon farm. · Housekeeping & Gardening: o To ensure house-keeping staff working as per company guidelines and keeping the Plant premises clean and maintained. · No spitting inside the plant (in godowns, roads etc.) take strict action if seen & caught in the act. · To maintain the horticulture & landscape developed, regular cleaning of gardens and cutting of grasses, proper & timely watering of plants. · Any other assignments that will be given by The Management Committee from time to time. For any other work discuss with HR Head. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
