Role & responsibilities Yoga Trainer: Certified in Yoga from a recognized institute Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching yoga (traditional or therapeutic) Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English Ability to conduct group and one-on-one sessions Knowledge of pranayama, asanas, and yogic philosophy Meditation Trainer: Deep understanding and experience in various meditation techniques (Vipassana, Guided Meditation, Mindfulness, etc.) Ability to lead sessions for all age groups Strong spiritual grounding and calming presence Prior experience in spiritual centers or wellness retreats preferred Spiritualism Trainer: Profound knowledge of Indian spiritual texts, philosophies, and practices Ability to conduct discourses, satsangs, and spiritual guidance sessions Experience in conducting workshops on spiritual growth and self-realization Should embody spiritual values and be an inspiring presence
